Hydroware Launches First Live Installation of HydroElite H2 VICI – A New Era for Hydraulic Lift Technology

VICI is the result of years of in-house R&D and extensive factory testing, culminating in a system that redefines what’s possible in hydraulic lift performance. Unlike conventional systems where energy during down travel is dissipated as heat, VICI features a regenerative energy system that can capture and store the energy in super capacitors, reusing it during travel upwards. This not only reduces total energy consumption but also eliminates the need for oil cooling systems, even under high-duty cycles.

Eliminating oil coolers promises to bring massive savings yearly in operation for lift owners. When used in high-traffic environments where oil heating has been a problem, HydroElite VICI is a suitable option to bring high comfort and reliability.

We chose VICI because it represents the future of hydraulic lifts – unparallel energy-efficiency combined with reliability for high traffic applications. We’re proud to be the first to bring this innovation to life.

During public demonstrations at Interlift, VICI operated continuously for six hours at 240 starts per hour without door operations – a stress test that kept oil temperatures below 31°C throughout. This performance is now validated in real-world conditions.
